Save the Date! The 8th annual Comox Valley Farm Cycle Tour returns Sunday, September 23.

With over 400 farms and some of the most stunning & abundant agricultural lands in the province, and it only gets better when you can explore it on two wheels!

The Comox Valley Farm Tour allows cyclists of all skill levels and ages to experience the countryside of the region, as they discover the incredible array of farms. Meet local growers and sample fresh produce from the fields. Pick your pleasure — visit as many Tour Stops as you like and go at your own pace on this self-guided adventure.

40 Knots Vineyard and Estate Winery
2400 Anderton Road, Comox

40 Knots produces clean wines from biodynamic grapes grown here in the Comox Valley. Our wines are crafted by a Master Wine Maker with little to no intervention to bring you full natural flavors using traditional methods. Enjoy a complimentary tasting and if time permits take a stroll in our interpretive trail. Tastings will be offered in our covered vineyard terrace for the cyclists. We look forward to greeting you on your tour.

Amara Farm
2641 Kirby Road, Courtenay

Set on an idyllic 26 acre farm, Amara Farm offers cyclists some insight on the workings of an active market garden. Participants will be able to see new plantings of fall/winter plants, tour the garlic drying area, and see how seed saving happens on the farm with hands-on demonstrations of seed cleaning equipment

Berry Best Farm
2156 Coleman Road, Courtenay

We are a family run, organic berry and vegetable farm located in the beautiful Comox Valley. The majority of our produce is sold at our farm stand, which is open everyday all summer. We will provide farm tours throughout the day and our farm stand will be open with fresh, local produce available for sale.

For Sale: berries, vegetables, local baking, fruit from the Okanagan, and other local goodies!

Blue Haven Farm
2046 Idiens Way, Comox

Comox Valley’s local blueberry farm for over 25 years! Come down to our friendly, family run farm and pick your own blueberries! We offer three different varieties, in season from July to early September. Our farm stand and ice cream parlour offers pre-picked and frozen blueberries, our very own blueberry ice cream, blueberry sundaes, and a great selection of Island Farms hard and soft ice cream. We also make the best frozen yogurt in town, with real fruit ground in right in front of you. Enjoy a relaxing time picking blueberries or bring the kids down to teach them how their blueberries are grown. Then finish off your visit with our famous blueberry ice cream!

Clever Crow Farm
7911 Island Highway, Black Creek

Clever Crow is an intensive Market Garden style Farm. We specialize in growing Salad Greens and Herbs. We also grow lots of other veggies too. We started our business making sea salt from our clean ocean water and branched into creating popular spice blends and salted caramels. We also raise muscovy ducks for eggs and meat and chickens too! You may be lucky and catch a glimpse of packs of baby ducklings free ranging. We’ll have some soups for you to try, as well as some bread and salad. We look forward to welcoming cyclists on our farm.

Included: Farm Tour, Product Tasting
For Sale: sea salts, spice blends, produce, and an array of more goodies. We take cash and credit card.

Paradise Plants Garden Centre
2480 Hardy Road, Courtenay

We will have picnic tables for your lunch break, water available for your bottles and a self guided tour of our hedge maze and garden centre. If weather permits there may still be berries available in our u-pick blueberry fields. Last year we made ‘healthy chocolate chip’ cookies that were free to all cyclists.

For Sale: garden centre products, gift ware, cold drinks, honey.

Wayward Distillation House
2931 Moray Ave, Courtenay

Wayward is a craft distillery making small batch Vodkas, Gins, Rum, Liqueurs, and Infusions all from 100% BC Honey. Stop by our tasting room for complimentary samples and some great conversation about what we do! Stay awhile and enjoy a cocktail or two.

For Sale: bottles of all our spirits, barware, cocktail fixings, and Wayward t-shirts.
