Save the date! The 9th annual Comox Valley Farm Cycle Tour is on September 22nd, 2019.

With over 400 farms and some of the most stunning & abundant agricultural lands in the province, it only gets better when you can explore it on two wheels!

The Comox Valley Farm Cycle Tour allows cyclists of all skill levels and ages to experience the countryside of the region, as they discover the incredible array of farms. Meet local growers and sample fresh produce from the fields. Pick your pleasure — visit as many of the Tour Stops as you like and go at your own pace on this self-guided adventure.

We also have a small merchandise area with some chips and chocolate etc. However, for a more substantial meal or snack, we encourage our guests to pack their own picnic. Kate’s Flowers is a life long passion and business carried over into a scaled down retirement hobby. I do custom baskets and planters, basket stuffers plus well started vegetable plants. Everything is sold from my greenhouse which is open to the public in May and June. The greenhouse in the fall will be filled with my own vegetables with baskets hanging around the house.

Included: Visitors can see some of the baskets made in the spring and view a gallery of pictures from past seasons

Lentelus Farms is a small mixed livestock farm located on the back 40 of Comox Bay Farm. We produce premium pastured meats, including pork, lamb, chicken, eggs and a few select vegetables including potatoes and squash. Cyclists will get the opportunity to see our pasture based livestock farm in action and hear more about our practices from the farmers.

We are a small farm producing greenhouse and field vegetables and fruit in idylic Seal Bay. We also make preserves, including a full range of hot pepper jellies and hot sauces, made from ingredients grown on the farm. We have been producing and selling at the Farmers’ Market since 1995, and have just opened our farm store this summer. The store includes a seating area with a guitar which is always tuned up and waiting for someone to play, and we will have free coffee (Royston Roasting) and water bottle fills for the tour.

For Sale: We will have tomatoes, flower bouquets and possibly some squashes ready for the event. We also have beeswax lotion bars and soy candles made on the farm using farm grown flowers and local beeswax. The shop will be full of curated vintage nautical and French farmhouse goods!
