COVID-19 Update – Limited Reopening Update
This Friday, May 15, the Vancouver Island Visitor Centre will initiate a limited reopening of in-person services, with social distancing and safety protocols in place, as directed by WorkSafeBC. This trial reopening will allow the Centre staff to service local area residents in determining safe, stay-cation activities and to pick-up pre-ordered, locally made arts and craft items sold via the Discover Comox Valley Online Store.
Pick-up and Drop-in Hours: 12 pm – 3:30 pm Friday May 15 to Monday May 18
Phone and Email Service: 9 am – 5 pm daily
We encourage residents to call, email or use our new live Chat Bot feature (ETA to be live Friday), as their first choice for accessing our services at this time.
For those that live outside of the Comox Valley, dream now of your next trip to our region, but explore BC later, to help flatten the curve together. We look forward to welcoming you to the Comox Valley upon the approval of government health authorities.
