If you would like to contribute your business information to the database and help us grow our community, please fill out the form below. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we will not make your data available to any other organization of business without your permission. You are free to withdraw your information from the Comox Valley Tech Community Database at any time.
The information you submit will be used to connect you with relevant parties in the Comox Valley to the best of our ability. For example, if you’re looking to move here and want to connect with some individuals working remotely in tech to get a sense of the area, we’ll put you in touch with a few people. If you’re looking to relocate your business, we can connect you with realtors who specialize in commercial properties. If you’ve got a tech business and want to get listed in the business directory, we can help you there too.
We’ll also use this data to gain insight into the scale and scope of our local community and their economic impact: e.g. just how many remote tech workers do we have, and how much do they bring to the region? How many tech startups do we have?
We will only ever share your information with your permission.
“I wish there was a better way to find more people locally. There’s a bunch of different approaches, but none of them are entirely comprehensive. So it’s really just doing your best to try to network.” – Jason K., Blue Wizard Digital
“I find the tech community here to be very collegial and welcoming. My acceptance into the community was pretty much instantaneous, which was a far cry from Vancouver which has a much more fractured environment. Two years after moving, I’m still meeting people and developing new relationships in the tech community.” – Rob P., Acme Marketing
